Terms of Service

Welcome to QRWork! By installing, downloading, and using our mobile application (package ID: com.iteratrail.qrwork), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.

1. Software Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QRWork for personal or commercial code scanning and custom styling generation purposes on your personal Android device.

2. Data Ownership & Responsibility

Since QRWork is an offline-first tool, you are solely responsible for safeguarding all scan history, folder collections, and notes saved on your device storage. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device resets, cache clear operations, or system errors.

3. Premium Purchases and Billing

QRWork offers simulated and official In-App Purchases (IAP) through Google Play Store billing:

• Purchasing Premium upgrades unlocks extra custom styles, unrestricted folder creation, and disables AdMob advertisements.
• All transactions and refund requests are governed by Google Play Store's Terms of Service.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

QRWork is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every barcode format. Under no circumstances shall QRWork or IteraTrail be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

5. Copyright and Trademark

All source code, UI designs, vector artwork assets, brand logos, and trade names (including QRWork and IteraTrail) are the intellectual property of the project developers and protected by international copyright laws.
